1. The  impact  of  Vietnam's  participation  in  the comprehensive  and  progressive  agreement  for  trans-pacific partnership on the customs.

Through the review of documents, combined with the analysis of the actual situation, the article has  assessed  the  impact  of  Vietnam's  participation  in  the  Comprehensive  and  Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) on the customs management activities. The results show that Vietnam's participation in the CPTPP has brought opportunities and challenges in the field of customs management such as budget collection, Customs clearance.... Since then, the study has proposed a number of solutions for Vietnam's Customs to effectively implement the implementation of the commitments of the CPTPP in the coming time.

2. Impact  of  real  exchange  rate  on  Vietnam's  exports GMM model estimate

The article uses the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to analyze the impact of the real exchange rate on Vietnam's exports in the period 2010-2020. The results show that the real exchange rate has a positive effect on exports with a rather large degree of influence. Other factors such as income of foreigners and FDI also have a positive impact on Vietnam's exports. Meanwhile, the estimated results show that there is no basis to conclude about the impact of Vietnam's GDP on Vietnam's exports. Besides, the research results also show that the Covid-19 epidemic has a negative effect on Vietnam's exports, however, the level of impact is not too serious.

4. Some  solutions  to  develop  Viet  nam  tourism  after Covid-19

The period 2015 - 2019 is considered the most impressive growth period of our tourism industry. Until March 15 2022, we  just opened completely to international tourists . With a long period of stagnation, our tourism industry has been severely affected. Therefore, finding solutions to  restore  tourism  after  the  pandemic  in  quick,  sustainable,  effective  way  is  neccessary.  The following article will mention the effects of Covid-19 on Vietnam's tourism industry in the past time and propose some solutions to restore Vietnam's tourism industry after Covid-19.

5. The trend of shifting FDI inflows in the new context and its impact on Vietnam’s finance and budget

Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an important role in the economic development of developing countries, including Vietnam. From the collected data, the research has provided evidences  about  the  positive  effects  of  FDI  on  Vietnam's  economy  such  as:  filling  the  gap  in investment capital, boosting export value, shifting economic structure, improving the quality of human resources. For the finance-budget sector, this source of capital also has a direct impact on increasing revenue for the state budget from taxes of FDI enterprises arising in the process of operation. The study also proposes some solutions to take advantage of opportunities from the trend of shifting FDI inflows in the coming time.

10. Situation  of  policies  for  promotioning  investment  of public financial resources for environmental protection

Environmental protection is always a matter of concern to the whole society. It is not only a goal but also one of the basic contents for the country's sustainable development.
