Management board

- The President holds overall responsibility for directing all functions and operations of the University, leads and manages the activities of the Management Board and all aspects of UFBA’s work, and is fully accountable for UFBA’s organization and operation to the law, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Training, and is the legal representative of UFBA.

- The President exercises the powers and responsibilities of the head in accordance with the provisions of law. The powers and responsibilities of the President are stipulated in the UFBA’s Regulations on organization and operation.

- Directly oversees strategic planning, organizational structuring, staff appointments, internal political security, administration, order and security, anti-corruption efforts, waste prevention, asset management, infrastructure, and the University’s financial affairs.

- Directly in charge of the Personnel Department; Administrative Department; Department of Finance and Accounting; Faculty of Accounting - Auditing; Faculty of Economics and International Business; Faculty of Valuation.

- The President makes final decision at the Management Board discussion in case the Vice Presidents managing specific areas encounter unresolved issues.

- Distinguished Teacher, Dr. Nguyen Trong Nghia is based in the Human Resources Department for administrative purposes.

 Dr. Dao Van Tu – Vice President

- Dr. Dao Van Tu performs the duties and powers of the Vice President as prescribed by law and the University’s organizational and operational regulations.

- Directly supervises scientific research and international cooperation, Finance - Business Administration Journal; Student affairs; Management of dormitories at campus 1 and campus 2, anh various service activities.

- Directly oversees the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation; Department of Student Affairs; Department of Facility Management; Health Care Centre; Dormitory Management Board; Faculty of Business Administration; Faculty of Management Information System; Faculty of Physical Education, Center for Student Support and Business Relations.

- Execute administrative work at campus 2 and some other work assigned by the President and is responsible to the President for the results of the assigned work.

- Dr. Dao Van Tu is based in the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation for administrative purposes.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Diep – Vice President

- Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Diep performs the duties and exercises the powers of the Vice President stipulated by law and the University’s organizational and operational regulations.

- Directly supervise training work, examination and quality management work, short-term training and work of support and service for learners. 

- Directly in charge of the Department of Training Management; Department of Examination and Quality Management; Center for Information and Library; Centre for Foreign Languages and Informatics; Faculty of Finance - Banking; Faculty of Accounting - Auditing; Faculty of Political Studies; Faculty of Foreign Languages.

- Execute additional work assigned by the President and accountable to the Rector for the outcomes of these assignments.

- For administrative purposes, Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Diep is based in the Department of Training Management.
