Conference Announcing and Presenting the Decision on the Appointment of the Associate Professor Title in 2025
On the morning of December 24, 2025, the University of Finance – Business Administration solemnly held a conference to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of the Associate Professor title in 2025. Attending the conference were Dr. Le Tuan Hiep – Acting Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Diep – Acting Vice President; Distinguished Teacher, Dr. Nguyen Trong Nghia – former Secretary of the Party Committee and former President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Duc Minh – former Chairman of the University Council; along with members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Management, the Scientific and Training Council, leaders of units and organizations, and staff and lecturers holding doctoral degrees.

On behalf of the University’s leadership, Dr. Le Tuan Hiep – Acting Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council – presented the decision and delivered congratulatory remarks to the newly appointed Associate Professor in 2025. Dr. Le Tuan Hiep expressed his expectation that the new Associate Professor would continue to dedicate her efforts and intellect to the training mission of UFBA in particular and to the development of high-quality human resources for the country in general.

At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Diep expressed her emotions, pride, and gratitude upon receiving the decision appointing her to the title of Associate Professor:
“Being appointed to the title of Associate Professor at the very institution where I have devoted 20 years to teaching, research, learning, and service is a tremendous honor. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Party Committee and the University leadership; leaders of units and organizations; staff and lecturers of the University; friends; family members; as well as generations of learners and students who have supported, encouraged, trusted, and stood by me to achieve this result today.”
She also affirmed her strong sense of responsibility and her commitment to continue contributing even more to the development of the University in particular and to the cause of education and training in general.

On behalf of the University’s Scientific and Training Council, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Duc Minh delivered congratulatory remarks, recognizing the achievements resulting from the dedication and efforts of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Diep in teaching and scientific research. He also expressed his hope that this achievement would inspire and spread widely among the University’s staff and lecturers in their pursuit of advanced academic qualifications and scientific research.
