1. The impact of electronic word-of-mouth (ewom) on the online purchase intentions of gen z in Hanoi

This research aims to investigate the impact of characteristics of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) on the online purchase intention of Generation Z consumers in Hanoi. Quantitative research  results  through  SmartPLS  4  software  with  299  observation  samples  indicated  that information quality has both a direct positive impact and an indirect impact on the online purchase intention of Gen Z in Hanoi, with information adoption serving as a mediating factor. Notably, information quantity and needs of information do not have a direct impact but exert an indirect influence on online purchase intention through information adoption. The research findings provide businesses and marketers with better understanding the importance of eWOM information on Gen Z consumers purchase intention on online platforms, thereby enabling them to develop effective communication and advertising strategies.

2. Increasing  human  capital  resources  of  Hung  Yen province

This paper assesses the current state of human capital in Hung Yen province through  some  human  capital  measurement  indicators  such  as  adult  literacy  rate,  budget expenditure on education and trained labor rate. The results show that human capital in Hung Yen  province  has  increased  continuously  since  the  re-establishment  of  the  province.  The increase in human capital in Hung Yen province in recent years has contributed to improving the production efficiency of the economy through increasing labor productivity. However, although the scale of education expenditure in Hung Yen province has increased, the ratio of education expenditure/GRDP is still low compared to the national average and is increasingly unbalanced compared to other areas in Hưng Yen's budget expenditure structure.

3. Private  economic  development  in  Vietnam  in  a socialist oriented market economy

After 38 years of innovation in Vietnam, practice and theory have clearly proven that the policy and direction of developing a socialist-oriented market economy is a creative proposal of our Party, the application of Marxism-Leninism to the specific context of Vietnam. In the context of the advancement of science and technology, the influence of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, as well as the process of globalization and international integration, the private economy in the Communist Party of Vietnam has  clearly affirmed its Self-definition: The private  economy  is an  important driving  force  of  the  Socialist-oriented  market  economy.  The  article  focuses  on  analyzing  the contributions of the private economy in the Socialist-oriented market economy and proposes some solutions to develop the private economy in the coming time.

4. Night  economy models in major  cities  in the  world and lessons for Vietnam

The  night-time  economic  model  has  become  an  important  part  of  the  urban development  strategy  of  many  major  cities  in  the  world.  These  models  not  only  contribute  to economic growth but also enrich cultural and social life. This article analyzes night-time economic models in some major cities, including Seoul, Bangkok, Tokyo, and draws lessons for Vietnam in developing a suitable night-time economic model. The night-time economic model can bring many benefits to Vietnam if it is developed in a reasonable and balanced manner. Major cities in the world have provided valuable lessons on developing and managing the night-time economy, from building a comprehensive strategy to improving infrastructure. Vietnam needs to consider these factors to build an economic model suitable to the conditions and needs of domestic urban areas. Vietnam needs to develop models such as night food courts and night markets, while adapting larger models such as cultural facilities to local conditions. Policies should include clear regulations on licensing, security and investment in infrastructure to ensure sustainable development of the night economy. 

5. Current state of cooperative development in Vietnam

The purpose of the article is to analyze in depth the current development status of cooperatives in recent times. The current status is shown through issues such as the number of  cooperatives,  industry  structure,  size  of  employees,  and  production  and  business performance. From there, the article evaluates the achievements and remaining limitations. The achievements are focused on two issues: contributing to GDP and creating more jobs for society  and  improving  the  lives  of  workers.  In  addition,  cooperatives  still  have  many limitations such as low labor efficiency, not paying attention to product consumption, and facing many difficulties in borrowing capital. From these limitations, the article proposes a number of solutions to promote the development of cooperatives in the near future.

6. Logistics  human  resources  training  in  Vietnam: Situation and solutions

The  logistics  industry  plays  an  important  role  in  Vietnam's  international integration process. Human resources are a key factor to help businesses, especially in the logistics field, enhance competitiveness and expand markets. With the strong development of Industry 4.0, training high-quality human resources has become a top priority for universities and businesses. However, currently human resources still do not meet the market's needs in terms of quantity and quality. This article focuses on researching the current status of logistics human resource training in Vietnam, and proposes solutions to improve training quality to better meet market needs.

7. Solutions to promote e-commerce application in craft villages in Van Lam district, Hung Yen province

In today's digital age, e-commerce has become an important tool for the development of  businesses  in  general,  including  production  and  business  households  and  besiness  in  craft villages. The use of the internet and digital technology has opened up a new world of potential and opportunities  for  craft  village  businesses.  Văn  Lâm  District,  Hưng  Yên  Province  has  18  craft villages, of which 5 have been recognized by the People's Committee of Hưng Yên Province as meeting the standards of craft villages, contributing significantly to the local economy. However, application of e-commerce in craft villages in Văn Lâm District is very still slow. Production and business households and besiness in craft villages face many difficulties in terms of investment capital for technology, IT human resources, and limited awareness of the benefits of e-commerce. Through this article, based on a system of fundamental issues related to e-commerce in craft villages, highlighting the current state of e-commerce application in craft villages in Văn Lâm District, the authors propose a number of solutions to promote the application of e-commerce in craft villages in the district in the coming time.

8. Business  performance  of  small  and  medium enterprises in Hung Yen province

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Hung Yen province always account for a large  proportion  (about  95%),  making  a  significant  contribution  to  The  province's  economy, creating a large number of jobs but they are vulnerable and has low business efficiency. There needs to be solutions from businesses themselves and great support from the Government to help improve the business efficiency of these businesses. This article researches and surveys the current state of business  performance  of  SMEs  in  Hung  Yen  province.  From  there,  some  solutions  and recommendations are proposed to improve the business efficiency of these enterprises in the future

9. Strengthening  internal  control  of  information  and communication  at  Vietnam  joint  stock  commercial  bank for Industry and Trade – Bac Hung Yen branch

Internal control  plays a particularly important  role in the banking system in general and the system of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam – Bac Hung Yen Branch  in  particular.  Banks will limit risks when they occur  and improve business efficiency as well as competitiveness, helping to achieve the set goals, the issue of building  a  scientific  and  effective  financial  security  mechanism  is  really  necessary.  The following article focuses on the basic content of the situation of internal control of information and communication at VietinBank Bac Hung Yen, thereby evaluating and proposing solutions to strengthen internal control in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0.
