1. Research on the impact of performance management &appraisal and reward & payment system on employees' green behavior in Vietnamese enterprises

In this study, the impact of performance management & appraisal on in-role and extra-role green behavior of employees in Vietnamese enterprises is evaluated. The research team conducted a survey and obtained 403 valid responses. The research results show that both factors, performance management & appraisal, positively influence employees' in-role and extra-role green behavior. Additionally, in this study, the authors have incorporated the factor of environmental awareness to evaluate the moderating impact of this awareness on the relationship between human resource management practices and employees' green behavior. This results show that environmental awareness moderates the relationship between performance management & appraisal and extra-role green behavior. In additions, environmental awareness moderates the relationship between the reward & payment system and extra-role green behavior.
2. Regulations on handling stocks market manipulation: International experience, status and recommendations for Vietnam

Market manipulation is one of the acts that seriously harms investors and market stability. The article, through analysis of international experience, shows that countries rely on three forms of punishment: criminal, personnel and administrative, with strict, specific and deterrent regulations. Based on the current status of regulations in Vietnam, the article proposes solutions to amend a number of provisions of the Securities Law on identifying market manipulation behavior, raising penalties and stipulating responsibility for listed organizations are involved in manipulative behavior.
3. Entrepreneurship education experiences of some universities in the world and lessons for Vietnam

The paper studies the experience of entrepreneurship education in universities around the world, in the UK, the US, and China, which are countries with great success in entrepreneurship education for students. The research results show that the strong development of entrepreneurship activities is a factor promoting national economic growth. Entrepreneurship education in universities has greatly contributed to successful startups, rapidly increasing the number of enterprises in the country. Entrepreneurship education in students requires the participation of universities - governments - enterprises. Based on the experience from universities around the world, the article has provided lessons for universities in Vietnam.
4. Real estate valuation activities according to current regulations

Real estate valuation activities in recent years have made certain contributions to the socio-economic development of our country. However, in addition to the positive aspects, there have also been some violations and negative aspects that have affected the public's view of the valuation profession. The Ministry of Finance has pointed out that the main cause of these violations and negative aspects is mainly due to the fact that valuation enterprises and valuers have not fully implemented the provisions of the law on valuation, especially the timely updating of new regulations. In addition, in the current context, the legal environment for valuation in general and real estate valuation in particular has changed a lot with the promulgation of a series of new legal documents. Notably, the New Vietnamese Valuation Standards replace the previous Vietnamese Valuation Standards. Based on that reality, this article analyzes and compares to point out the basic changes in the current regulations on real estate valuation compared to previous regulations to help those working in the field of real estate valuation avoid errors in the real estate valuation process.
5. Motivation for health staff at public hospitals through non - financial tools

Motivating medical staff through non-financial tools plays an important role in human resource management in financially autonomous public hospitals. In this study, the author presents an overview of the theoretical basis, analyzes the current situation of motivating medical staff in financially autonomous public hospitals using non-financial tools, thereby proposing a number of solutions to encourage medical staff to love their jobs more, improve job satisfaction, and strengthen their relationship with the hospital, thereby contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment services in financially autonomous public hospitals. The non-financial tools that the author proposes in the article aim to improve the motivation of medical staff in financially autonomous public hospitals such as: Working environment, recognition, promotion opportunities, training, leadership and building a positive organizational culture. These non-financial tools directly affect employee satisfaction, engagement, and performance. Especially in the context of self-financed public hospitals, where budget resources are limited, effectively exploiting non-financial tools is a practical approach to maintain the motivation and dedication of medical staff..
6. Supporting industry in East Asian Countries and lessons for Vietnam

Supporting industries play an important role in providing products and services to support key industries such as automobiles, electronics, and textiles. However, with the development of the fourth industrial revolution, this industry is facing major challenges in technological innovation, automation, and digital connectivity. East Asian countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan have succeeded in developing supporting industries thanks to a strategy of cooperation between large and small enterprises, heavy investment in research and development (R&D), and building a rapid industrialization model. Vietnam has potential but faces difficulties in developing supporting industries due to lack of capital, technology, and high-quality human resources. To develop, Vietnam can learn from East Asian countries by building supportive policies, investing in R&D, and promoting public-private partnerships. Improving infrastructure, training human resources and strengthening links with international corporations will help Vietnam participate more deeply in the global value chain.
7. Digital human resources in digital economic development in Vietnam

Vietnam, with a young population and rapid growth in the information technology sector, is facing major challenges in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution. This revolution has created a new demand for high-tech human resources, especially in the process of digital transformation of enterprises. Although Vietnam has potential, digital human resources are currently lacking in quantity and weak in quality, not enough to meet the needs of digital transformation and development of the digital economy. On the other hand, Vietnam's deep integration into the global economy is creating an urgent need for digital human resource development. This article analyzes the current situation of human resources in general and digital human resources in particular, the limitations of digital human resources to create a basis for implementing solutions to develop digital human resources in the coming time.
8. Developing Vietnam's retail market in the current context

Vietnam's retail industry is experiencing a period of strong growth, becoming one of the most important economic sectors with a significant contribution to GDP and creating jobs for millions of workers. This market is notable for the shift from traditional retail models to modern retail, especially the explosion of e-commerce and digital platforms. Factors driving the growth include a young population, growing incomes, and rapid urbanization. At the same time, Vietnam is increasingly attracting domestic and foreign investors, especially large corporations such as Central Group, Aeon Mall, Masan Group, and WinCommerce. However, the retail industry also faces many challenges, such as competitive pressure from foreign retailers, high technology requirements, and changes in consumer behavior after the COVID-19 pandemic. To promote sustainable development of the retail market, solutions such as investment in commercial infrastructure, development of supply chains, application of technology, and enhancement of competitiveness of domestic enterprises are essential. Making the most of new trends and support policies from the State will help the Vietnamese retail industry stand firm in the context of global competition.
9. Green finance in the sustainable development of renewable energy in Vietnam

In the context of rapid economic growth and increasingly complex climate change challenges, green finance has emerged as a crucial tool for mobilizing capital and coordinating resources for green, sustainable economic development and environmental protection. Specifically, green finance plays a key role in promoting sustainable development within the renewable energy sector in Vietnam. By mobilizing and utilizing funds to support clean energy projects such as solar and wind power, green finance helps reduce dependence on fossil fuels and protect the environment. This paper analyzes the current state, impacts, and relationship between green finance and renewable energy, and proposes solutions to optimize green capital to achieve sustainable energy development goals and fulfill Vietnam's international commitments.
10. Green consumer behavior in Vietnam - Current situation and soluations

This article looks at the current state of green consumer behavior in Vietnam, focusing on factors like demographics, awareness and intention to consume, price and willingness, and the impact of media. The results show two main issues that need attention: the role of media and the pricing of green products. The author also gives some policy suggestions for government agencies and businesses to help encourage and promote green consumer behavior in the future.
