Advisory and Student Affairs Conference – Second Semester, Academic Year 2024–2025

On the afternoon of March 31, 2025, the University of Finance and Business Administration held the Advisory and Student Affairs Conference for the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year at Hall H1.

The conference was chaired by Dr. Dao Van Tu – UFBA Vice President, with the participation of leaders from faculties, departments, offices, centers, the Youth Union, the Student Association, academic advisors, and representatives of student class committees.

This periodic conference, held in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Training’s regulations on student affairs, served to review and evaluate the implementation of student-related activities in the first semester, while listening to students’ feedback, concerns, and proposals to promptly address issues in learning, training, and campus life.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, M.A. – Head of Student Affairs Department, presented a report on the semester’s achievements and upcoming priorities. Representatives from relevant units also addressed issues raised during the student–leadership dialogue, covering topics such as academic training, student services, teaching quality, facilities, dormitories, campus security, and extracurricular activities organized by the Youth Union and Student Association.

The discussions took place in an open, democratic, and candid atmosphere. Student representatives voiced questions and proposals, which were carefully addressed by faculty and administrators, who also noted legitimate suggestions for future improvement.

On behalf of the University leadership, Dr. Dao Van Tu – UFBA Vice President joined in responding to student concerns and concluded the conference. He emphasized several key expectations for students: Strict adherence to class schedules and dormitory regulations; Clear understanding and compliance with University rules on coursework, assessment, and final examinations; Greater initiative in self-study, research, and academic discipline; Active participation in Youth Union and Student Association activities; Strengthened awareness of maintaining campus hygiene.
