Congresses of UFFBA Party Cells – 2025–2027 Term

In accordance with the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Guideline No. 06-HD/ĐU dated February 13, 2025, issued by the Party Committee of the University of Finance and Business Administration regarding the congresses of Party cells under the University’s Party organization for the 2025–2027 term, from February 21 to March 1, 2025, all 18 Party cells successfully held their congresses for the new term.

At each congress, delegates discussed and approved the Report on the results of Party cell leadership work for the 2022–2025 term, the goals, orientations, and tasks for the 2025–2027 term, and the self-assessment report on the performance of the Party cell’s executive committee for the 2022–2025 term. The reports provided an objective and thorough evaluation of achievements, identified existing shortcomings that need to be addressed, and proposed practical goals, directions, and solutions for the new term.

The congresses also conducted elections for the Party cell executive committees, secretaries, and deputy secretaries for the 2025–2027 term, in strict compliance with Party election regulations. The number and structure of elected members matched the personnel plans, and all newly elected members met the standards and conditions set by regulations. In addition, each Party cell elected delegates to attend the 16th Congress of the University’s Party Committee, in accordance with the allocation from the Party Committee.

The results of all 18 Party cell congresses have been reviewed and ratified by the University’s Party Committee. Immediately after the congresses, Party cells demonstrated strong determination to maintain unity, creativity, and intellectual capacity, aiming to successfully implement the objectives, orientations, and tasks set for the new term—thereby contributing to building a stronger University Party Committee and fostering the development of the University.
