1. Sustainable development of the corporate bond market in Vietnam

Through the review of documents, combined with the analysis of the actual situation, the article has assessed the current situation of corporate bond issuance of Vietnam in the period 2016-2020. The results show that raising capital through bond issuance has brought many benefits to businesses. In addition, the research also points out the limitations of the corporate bond market, on that basis, some solutions are proposed for the sustainable development of Vietnam's corporate bond market in the coming time.
2. Private economic development has become an important driving force of the Vietnamese economy

In recent years, the private economy in our country has developed rapidly and becoming an important driving force in Vietnam's economic development. After more than 35 years of reform, from being limited in development, the Vietnamese private economy has made great strides, make an increasingly large contribution to the economy. The elimination of all barriers and prejudices, creating all favorable conditions for healthy and right-oriented private economic development is essential. However, at present, there are still many difficulties and barriers to private economic development. This article focuses on analyzing the role and contribution of the private sector to the economy, pointing out the difficulties and barriers to the private economic development, thereby giving some solutions to develop the private economy into a dynamic an important force of the Vietnamese economy.
3. The determinants of corporate liquidity: evidence from unlisted public company market in Vietnam

This study investigates the determinants of UPCOM companies’ liquidity in Vietnam. We use a sample of 819 UPCOM companies which are listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange for the period of 2015– 2019. By using panel regression models such as fixed effect, random effect, the results show that firm size, return on equity, quick ratio and dividend payout ratio are statistically significant and positively affect the cash holding of companies. On the other hand, leverage and two macroeconomic variables including real gross domestic product and inflation have negative effects on corporate cash holing.
4. Factors affecting outcomes of studying mathematics of students at The University of Finance and Business administration

The study focuses on analyzing effects of factors including students’ characteristics, quality of lecturers, subject factors, teaching methods, university facilities on outcomes of students’ learning in Maths. The research is conducted based on the survey data from 282 second and third year students majoring in Accounting and Business Administration of the University of Finance and Business Administration. The results show that: the main factors arranged in order of influential level from the highest are studens’characteristics, university facilities, subject factors, students’ attendance. The quality of teachers and teaching methods do not really affect the outcomes of the students’ learning in Maths statistically. The results of the study also prove that there is no difference in the mean value of learning outcomes between two faculties and two courses in the research group. The study suggests some proposals to improve the quality of math teaching and learning at University of Finance and Business Administration
5. Improving the operational efficiency of the Center of Foreign languages - Informatics of The University of Finance – Business administration, meeting the current training and retraining demand

Currently, Vietnamese education ensures that 100% of the learners have good knwowledge of foreign languages and informatics to meet the output standards, which is the first goal of the competencies to be achieved by university students when they graduate. With efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning, the Center of Foreign Languages and Informatics under the University of Finance - Business Administration has been a training address that satisfies the needs of learners. The article mentions a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of the Center of Foreign Languages - Informatics under the University of Finance - Business Administration to meet the current training and retraining needs.
6. Dialectical relationship between company capacity and industry modernization

Industrialization and modernization have a dialectical relationship with the birth and development of enterprises. The procesess of industrialization and modernization is step by step promoting the development of social production forces, whereby forms of human production organization are born to adapt to the levels of production forces. Enterprises with samll, medium and large scale are forms of production organization that people create. On the contrary, enterprises themselves are the market, the vast output of scientific and technological progress. Enterprises that select or eliminate products of the industrialization and modernization progress if those products bring or do not profits to the enterpise.
7. Identification and classification of environmental cost in domestic animal feed enterprises in Hung Yen province for managing cost

Environmental cost management accounting is an issue that has not been focused on the majority of enterprises in Vietnam. In Hung Yen, the number of animal feed enterprises (AFEs) is relatively large, many of which are large FDI enterprises. FDI enterprises pay much attention to management accounting in general and environmental cost management accounting in particular. Meanwhile, domestic enterprises pay little attention to management accounting. The identification and classification of environmental costs help businesses detect environmental costs, have cost determination methods, to control costs effectively. The article mentions the current status of environmental cost identification and classification and complete solutions in AFEs in Hung Yen province for cost management.
8. The Role of Financial Policy in Prevention and Anti-corruption in Vietnam

Corruption is a global phenomenon. Corruption and the fight against corruption are issues that always receive special attention from the Governments of countries. In Vietnam, corruption is recognized as a national problem, one of the four dangers of reducing people's trust in the Party, State and the socialist regime. Anti-corruption is identified as a long, difficult and complicated struggle. In which, financial policy has played an important role in this one. In addition to building strict and deterrent sanctions, an important task of anti-corruption is to build a mechanism to prevent corrupt acts through the financial mechanism. In the past time, the financial policy, especially the policy of budget spending and credit, has made an important contribution to the fight against corruption. However, there are some remaining points and limitations. The article focuses on analyzing the role of financial policy in anti-corruption in Vietnam and proposes some perfect solutions.
9. Solutions to increase management of State budget expendities Hanoi city

State budget expenditure plays an important role in the socio-economic development of each locality. From practice, state budget expenditures are constantly increasing and there are always potential errors, requiring organization using the budget and authorities at all levels to strengthen the management of state budget expenditures. The article assesses the current state of state budget expenditure management in Hanoi in the 2018-2020 period, points out limitations and proposes a number of solutions to strengthen the management of state budget expenditures, helping to allocate, using the City's budget in accordance with the law, promoting rapid and sustainable socio-economic development.
10. Developing logistics activities in Van Lam district, Hung Yen province: situation and solutions

Logistics is an important link, connecting from production, distribution to consumption. The economy can only function smoothly and synchronously when logistics activities develop. The author's article focuses on analyzing the current situation of logistics development in Van Lam district, Hung Yen province in recent years based on 5 factors including: Legal system, policies and mechanisms logistics management; logistics infrastructure; Services of Logistics; logistics human resources and other factors. At the same time, evaluate the achieved results, point out the limitations, weaknesses and causes of existence, then propose some basic solutions to develop logistics activities, successfully realize the goal of soon bringing Van Lam district back to normal become a strong industrial district of Hung Yen province in the near future.
