New Year Gathering – Year of the Snake 2025

In the joyful spirit of welcoming the Party and the Lunar New Year, on the morning of February 3, 2025 (the sixth of lunar January in the Year of the Snake), UFBA hosted its New Year gathering for 2025. This annual event aims to inspire enthusiasm, foster unity, and encourage all faculty members, staff, and employees to work together toward achieving the university’s goals in the new year.

Attending the New Year celebration were Distinguished Teacher, Dr. Nguyen Trong Nghia – Secretary of the Party Committee and UFBA President; Dr. Le Tuan Hiep – Chairman of UFBA Council; members of the Party Committee, the Board of Management, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; heads of faculties, departments, offices, centers; and the entire faculty, staff, and employees of the University.

Speaking at the gathering, Dr. Nguyen Trong Nghia commended the achievements of the University, its departments, and individuals over the past year. He also outlined the main tasks for the time ahead. In the joyful atmosphere of the New Year, he extended his warmest wishes for a year of success and prosperity to all faculty members, staff, and students. He expressed hope that in 2025, the university community would stand united, working together to achieve sustainable development and reach new heights.
