2. Strengthening University-Enterprise-Student Connections

This initiative reinforced the relationship between UFBA and enterprises. The university provides a well-trained workforce to meet corporate demands, while businesses contribute to academic training by sharing industry knowledge and practical experiences with students. This aligns with the education sector’s goal of ensuring high-quality training that meets market needs.

The program established a balanced “triangle” of collaboration between the university, enterprises, and students to develop graduates equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Businesses not only recruit UFBA graduates but also contribute to shaping the university’s curriculum and participating in student training.
