In a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere welcoming the new academic year, on the morning of September 22, 2023, UFBA held a formal opening ceremony and scholarship awarding event for the academic year 2023-2024.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the University’s Management Board, Distinguished Teacher, Dr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Party Secretary and President, delivered an opening address and sounded the drum to officially begin the new academic year. His speech summarized the university's remarkable achievements in the 2022-2023 academic year and outlined the key goals and tasks for 2023-2024. The accomplishments of the previous year were the result of the dedication and creativity of the university’s staff, faculty, and students. With a spirit of unity and collaboration, the university aims to continue achieving success in admissions, education, and scientific research with a practice-oriented approach.

During the ceremony, Tran Khanh Duy, a new student from K11 in the Auditing program, represented his peers by expressing the honor and pride of becoming part of the university and shared his feelings and aspirations for the journey ahead.

The ceremony also included the announcement of scholarship awards for students with outstanding academic achievements despite difficult circumstances. University representatives accepted contributions from sponsors to the university’s scholarship fund for the new academic year.
