UFBA Delegation Visiting and Working with the Northern Finance College of Laos

 On the morning of December 8, 2022, in Luang Prabang city, a delegation from UFBA, led by Dr. Dao Van Tu, UFBA Vice President, held a working session, exchanged ideas, and signed a cooperation agreement for 2023 regarding training, scientific research (for staff and faculty), and material support for the Northern Finance College of Laos.

Participating in the exchange and signing ceremony from UFBA were Dr. Dao Van Tu, Vice President, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Head of the Student Affairs Department, Mr. Do Van Dung, Deputy Head of the Economics and International Business Department, along with several faculty members from the university.

Representatives from the Northern Finance College of Laos included: Mr. Xaysadtha XAYSANITH, President; Mr. Phonxay SYOUDOMPHAN, Vice President; Ms. Vongphachanh VONGPADITH, Vice President; along with the leadership from various departments of the college.

During the working session, both sides engaged in sincere and open discussions, reviewing the outcomes of the collaboration between the two institutions over the past years. Based on this evaluation, they agreed to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation for 2023.

On this occasion, the leadership of the University of Finance and Business Administration awarded completion certificates for the courses on “Macroeconomics” and “Public Economics” to 36 staff and teachers from the Northern Laos Financial College.
